  4.   Q:  I've received my registration number, but my file lists still show
  5.       FList as being UNREGISTERED.   What's up!

  7.   A:  Your BBS name that FList is registered to is case sensitive.
  8.       If you requested a registration number for "THE BIG BBS" and placed
  9.       "The Big BBS" on line 1 of your FLIST.CFG file you would still
  10.       have the [UNREGISTERED] string displayed in your file lists.

  12.   Q:  Why do you offer FREE registration on your PPEs?  Also, if it's FREE
  13.       why do I need a registration number?

  15.   A:  I offer free registration because I am a hobbiest.  In other words,
  16.       I have a *real* job also.  Because of this, I can not offer truly
  17.       *professional* support as it should be.  To many programmers charge
  18.       money for software that they can NOT support completely.  Sure,
  19.       some hobbiest can do this, but I cannot.

  21.       By requiring a registration number I can see how many Sysops are
  22.       using the program.  As a result, it helps me determine if future
  23.       upgrades and support are worth while.
